The KJT helpline is available to listen to your concerns and answer your questions. Calls are free of charge, confidential and anonymous. You can either contact them by phone or, if you prefer, in writing via their online support service or live chat. Child protection officer (Délégué à la protection des élèves – DPE)
There is a child protection officer (DPE) in every secondary school to:
- Ensure that your rights are respected
- Protect you against any kind of mistreatment or danger
- Advise and support you at school
- Provide information about the procedures to follow
- Organise training sessions on student protection.

Psychosocial and school support centre (CePAS)
CePAS offers you psychological consultations, individual or group therapy and socio-educational support, on a one-off or regular basis. CePAS also provides parents with parental guidance and your guardians with psycho-social support if required. CePAS offers group activities to encourage exchanges between young people and develop various social skills. Consultations are free and confidential by appointment. Don't hesitate to give them a call.
SSE – Service Socio-Éducatif
Imagine un espace détendu dans ton lycée où tu peux te relaxer, participer à des activités sympas ou recevoir un coup de main en dehors des cours. Les éducateurs du SSE travaillent main dans la main avec le SEPAS, l’ESEB, tes profs, les parents et d’autres acteurs sociaux pour t’accompagner pendant toute ta scolarité.
Grâce à des animations et des projets socio-éducatifs variés, le SSE t’aide à :
- découvrir tes talents et explorer de nouvelles passions
- booster ta confiance en toi et croire en ton potentiel
trouver des repères solides pour devenir un adulte autonome et responsable.
SePAS – Service psycho-social et d’accompagnement scolaires
Le SePAS est présent dans ton lycée pour t’aider si tu rencontres des difficultés scolaires ou personnelles. Son équipe est composée de psychologues, d’assistants sociaux et parfois aussi d’éducateurs. Elle est à l’écoute des élèves en toute confidentialité.
Tu peux faire appel au SePAS pour des questions liées à:
- ton bien-être et à ta santé mentale
- l’école (accompagnement scolaire, structures et programmes, conditions d’admission, changement d’école ou de classe, etc.)
Le SePAS propose également un accompagnement pour les parents et des aides financières.

The Oxygène service is there for you if you’re a young girl or woman aged between 12 and 24 and you’re having a hard time. SCAS (Service central d’action sociale)
The SCAS Victim Support Service
The SCAS Victim Support Service helps you when your mental and/or physical integrity has been violated as a result of threats, violence in your family (known as domestic violence), sexual assault, blows, injuries, sexual abuse, obsessive harassment or ‘stalking’, in other words what are known as criminal offences. The service is also open to victims' relatives who have had to share their suffering, and to witnesses of these situations. SCAS provides psychological support or psychotherapy and informs you of your rights. SCAS also supports you during legal proceedings.
ALUPSE-Dialogue
The ALUPSE-DIALOGUE service can help you until the age of 21 if you’re a victim of physical or psychological violence, sexual abuse, negligence or mistreatment.
ALUPSE-Cosmos
The Alupse-Cosmos service can help children with problematic sexual behaviour and minors who have committed sexual offences; in collaboration with professionals from various medical, psychological, social-educational and legal sectors.

InfoTraite helps you if you are a victim of trafficking. The service supports and assists you if you’re a victim of trafficking, whether you’re an adult or a minor, a girl or a boy. InfoTraite can welcome you during the day or at night, and provides psychosocial support.
